OBJECTIVES:

1. Improve tools for the needs analysis and self assessment of operators involved in activities aimed at inclusion in the labour market of women victims of domestic violence
2. Analysis and exchange of past experiences in order to improve operator's skills and tools
3. Improve methodologies, approaches and tools for ICT literacy of women-users.
4. To create a "guidance path" specific to the needs of women victims of domestic violence through the exchange of "know how" between each partner organisation
5. To develop a virtual community (using web 2.0 public tools) among project players
