RATIONALE

Each partner is aimed to support the personal and professional integration of women victims of domestic violence. In the meantime, each partner comes from a very different context and previous experiences. This is why all of us are aware of the importance of sharing expertise, practices, information with organisations coming from different EU countries.
Different solutions to problems and different interpretations of situations can arise from different points of view: by this way partners become aware of new, innovative and creative approaches, sharing tools for interpretation of the situations, recognising in their context gaps and resources they have never seen before because of their usual approaches.
This exchange will give chance to apply in local areas effective creative tools and good practices recognised in other territories.
By partners' local and trans-national network, methodologies, approaches and points of view arose from the project will be spread in further contexts.
Furthermore, thank to these activities and the mobility throughout different Countries the partners staff will have chance to enlarge their perception of the positive value to be part of the EU.
